Pg Up/Down "Next Key" shortcut not working

I seem to be having a problem with my page up/down keys jumping to the next/previous key in the layer. I've tried switching it from the defaults and back and nothing works. Is anyone having this problem? Thanks.

Naw. With the Num Lock on, I have the zoom functions. With it off, only home and end work (NUM Keys 7 & 1, respectively), pg up/down (NUM Keys 9 & 6, respectively) do not. Even the designated pg up/down keys do not work.

Check the keyboard shortcuts panel for the PageUp/Down assigned functions.
if necessary, load the default keyboard layout.
