Unlock Code Not working

Every time I try to put in my unlock code for TVPaint I get a message saying "Unlock Code Required". I am running TVPaint on Windows Vista 64bit, 4gb RAM, AMD Phenom 9850 Quad Core Processor.

The program runs fine, I just can not get the unlock code to work.
