How to reinstall TVPaint 11 with dongle license - Account not existing anymore?? Topic is solved

Good morning.
I purchased TVPAINT Animation pro 11 in 2019 and I always had the software into my pc with dongle always activated. Recently I uninstalled TVPaint for maintenance reasons on my pc and I obviously cannot find anymore the installation exe. I wanted to install it again on my pc, with my license and dongle but actually when I checked out on the website, my account is gone. (that I'm absolutely sure I had because I still have the subscribtion email notification!)

It doesn't exist anymore, the email doens't result in the database, so I cannot even have access to TVP11 download anymore and maybe it doesn't even remember my license??
