Dongle not present issue

Hi Everyone! I hope you can help me with this issue
I just bought new Mac computer and when I open tv paint it says that dongle is not present, but it present. it was working fine on Windows computer before. My OS is Big Sur 64 bit and tv paint is 11.5 standard edition.
I saw there's posted issue with Big Sur but I am not sure if I had that issue or it's something else. My knowledges about software problems is very small, I am confused if I should I try to downgrade from Bis Sur to previous Mac Os there's a way to make tv paint run on my Mac?
