Hi Guys!
Run into the problem - all colors I pick show up as faded, like if I made oppassity go down. Fill and brush, any colour I try to use is faded. If I open new file it’s normal colours

Well, the layer you pick the colour from is set to 65% opacity. Set it to 100% and the colours will be fine.

Omg!! So easy!! I looked everywhere and simply didn’t notice this one!!! Thank you!!

That's a mistake everybody makes (I did, more than once).
