Delete blue not working?

Quick question:

In my new project, my Delete Blue button is not working to get rid of my blue underdrawings.

When I hit it, I get a popup that says "there are no FX in stack!"

Did I change my blue pencils in some way that the computer doesn't recognize them any longer?

Any tips to get rid of the messy blue underline in my drawings now?

Actually that happened to me once too. Then I either re-installed or when I rebooted it worked again, I forget because this was awhile ago. What I did in the meantime was to use the color keyer and keyed out the blue.
