I downgrade back to tvpaint 11.5 until that glitch is fixed.
fortunately I still had the 11.5 installer app in my computer.

But im still open to suggestion that help me fix it

I suggest you try resetting your TVPaint's configuration. I just upgraded my tvpaint 11.5 to 11.7, then i notice that my timeline doesn't show the instant number on the timeline. I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone help me ?
