Re: non-preloaded movie caches first frame
Is there a way to turn that off? Copying the first frame in the project means the initial display is wrong when the movie changes. It also means the first frame will always be locked to the initial import, not the movie being referenced.

non-preloaded movie caches first frame
If you import a movie into tv paint and clear the "Pre Load" option, the move is referenced into the tv paint file. If you update the movie, the first frame of the old version is displayed in TV Paint. The other frames are fine, but the ff is the old movie. Is there a way to clear that cac...

Re: Import a movie as a reference instead of embedding the data in tvpp file
Hrm. So, this is super close. I was hitting what I'm guessing was a bug testing this. If you import the movie with a cleared "PreLoad" option, works great. You close tv paint. Replace the movie with a new one. Start TV paint. The ff of the old movie is displayed. The rest of the frames are...

Import a movie as a reference instead of embedding the data in tvpp file
Hola~ I'm trying to better understand what importing a movie into tvpp means. Is there a way to import a movie into a tvpp file so that the movie is referenced? Re: create a dir w/out prompting the user
Hola~ Yes, using tv paint 11 pro. I can't get the Preferences -> Interface -> George Alert: tv_WriteTextFile option to be sticky. ie, once I restart tv paint, that setting seems to reset. Even if that worked, it's not a great solution as I'd like to avoid preference settings on the farm. Just to say...

create a dir w/out prompting the user
Hola~ Sorry, I'm new to this world, so this is likely a silly question. I am trying to automate our export process on the farm. I'd like to create a directory: tv_writetextfile mkdir '/path/to/dir' Is there a way to create a directory in george and have it not prompt the user? Thanks in advance. MO
